Coconut Chocolate Banana Bread 🥥🍌🍫🍞 (Refined sugar free, dairy free, vegetarian )

Dry Ingredient Whole Wheat Flour - 2 cups 100% Cocoa Power - 1/2 cup Unsweetened Fine Macaroon Coconut Flake - 1/2 cup Baking soda - 1 tsp Salt -1/2 tsp Stevia(optional) - 1/20 tsp

Wet Ingredient Ripe Banana - 3 Coconut Cream - 1/2 cup Large Egg - 2 Vanilla Extract - 2&1/2 tsp Topping(Optional) Unsweetened Coconut Flake or nuts you like - 1/2 cup Steps 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Mix all dry ingredients with a whisk 3. Mash bananas until it becomes silky and smooth. Then add eggs, Coconut Cream, Vanilla Extract, mix them well. 4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir till fully mixed. The paste shall be soft enough so you can pour it to the mold with the help of a spatula. Add few teaspoon of water or soy milk if the dough is too dry. 5. Gently tap the mold on the table to flatten the paste and eliminate bubble inside. Topping with coconut flakes 6.
