Thai-style Stir-fried Pork with French Beans(for 2)泰式法邊豆炒豬里脊(兩人份)

Ingredients

French beans - 150g

Pork Tenderloin - 200g, shredded

Fish Sauce - 1 tsp

Grouded White pepper -1/4 tsp

Olive Oil - 2 tbsp


For marinating pork

Garlic - 4 cloves

Coriander Root - 4 pieces

Grounded White Pepper - 1/2 tsp

Fish Sauce - 2 tsp


Steps

1. Marinate pork - Add garlic cloves, Coriander Roots, White Pepper and fish sauce into a food processor. Grind and blend well. Then mix them with shredded pork, marinating for at least 15mins

2. In a sautéed pan, at high heat, add olive oil and French beans in, toss the pan till beans get crispy skin, then add 1 tsp of fish sauce

3. Use a spatula to set beans around the pan. Turn the heat to medium- high, cook shredded pork in the middle. When pork gets evenly light pink color(about 1-2 mins) mix all ingredients. Taste and decide if you’d like to add more fish sauce.

4. Serve hot and enjoy 😊
