Sautéed Honey Snap Peas and Cherry Tomatoes with Garlic(for 2)蒜香雙色番茄燴甜豆(兩人份)

Ingredients

Honey Snap Peas - 200g

Cherry tomatoes- 10 pcs, cut to half

Garlic - 1 whole (8~10 cloves), minced

Salt - 1/4 tsp

Olive oil - 1 tbs


Steps

1. Prepare Honey Snap Peas - Tear off strings on both side of pod. Wash under running water to remove dust then drain them completely.

2. In a sautéed pan, add olive oil and half of minced garlic. Caramelize garlic. Mix peas in, cook for 3 mins at high heat, toss them in the pan once in a while. Add tomatoes and cook for another 1 mins. Add the remaining garlic, salt, mix well and serve hot.
